Supplements for Anxiety


Canva - Person Leaning on Wall (1)Almost every TBI survivor has experienced anxiety at least once.  Those who have anxiety are at risk of deppression, insomnia, fatigue, and other brain draining conditions.  Additionally, developing your anxiolytic, your anti-anxiety response system, can show improvement.  With that said, according to the National Institutes of health, the herbs and supplements below have shown effectiveness in reducing anxiety:
